Labeling is Important!
Using the hauling labels that was provided to you, label bins, coolers, and luggage. clearly mark the label with a permanent marker.
To prevent kitchen items from getting lost or mixed up, you can choose to put your own personal labels on them.
Safety First Please!
Our senior citizens and anyone with mobility or physical limitations should completely avoid lifting heavy bins and luggage. Only carry what you know your body can handle, or ask a porter to assist you.

Haul-In Instructions - Aug 1st
Arrive no earlier than 5PM. Please do not rush to the beach house for check-in. Warp Drive plan works best if vehicles arrive in staggered time.

1) Arrive and back up to the Garage: Drive up the main driveway and reverse into the unloading area (G-garage) to unload. allow the porters to assist unloading.
Let's take turns if needed: The Warp Drive can only unload one vehicle at a time. If a vehicle is already at the unloading dock (garage), hang back and give the vehicle plenty of room so they can easily pull out and park when finished. Unloading a vehicle should only take a few minutes - Thank you for your patience!
2) Keep the driveway clear: After unloading, park in a designated parking area (P orange area). If your vehicle is not expected to be used to drive out to town during the week, please park further back or in the less accessible spots to leave the easy-out spots open for the runner vehicles.

Haul-Out Instructions - Aug 8th
1) Pack & Label early: Have all bins, coolers, and luggage packed and label visible first thing in the morning on Saturday Aug. 8th.
2) Make sure the haul-out details are filled-in and correct on the labels (vehicle color, make, model) so porters know exactly where the items belong. If you need new labels, ask tito R.J.
3) Stage items for pick-up in one of these areas:
Personal luggage - Outside your bedroom door.
Food Squad bins - Kitchen/livingroom area behind the couch.
Items on the 1st floor - Next to the pool table.
To avoid items being left behind, make sure your bins/luggage is visible.
4) Driver or person responsible of packing the vehicle should be at their vehicle during Haul-out to instruct and assist porters.
5) Final-sweep/Last Look - Tita Deatra and Tito R.J will do a Last Look around the house before locking-up.
